We ship worldwide! We offer both UK and International Delivery.

All orders will be processed within 5 working days. Once shipped out UK Orders will take up to 3 - 5 working days for delivery. International orders will take up to 5 - 10 working days for delivery.

In order to keep shipping costs affordable, we don't currently offer tracking with our delivery service, but are working hard to improve that in the near future.

International customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.

We are very sorry if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your item(s). However, if there is a problem please let us know by emailing help@planzero.co.  Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will then refund you upon receipt (excluding the original delivery charge).

It's very rare these days that we have stuff on hand to sell at gatherings. But you never know!
